There is no setup fee. We do ask for a minimum 3-month initial commitment for SEO services because SEO requires time to produce measurable results — anyone promising month-to-month results from day one isn't being realistic. After the first 3 months, billing is monthly with 30 days notice to cancel. Paid advertising management can be month-to-month from the start.

No — our management fee covers our time and expertise managing your campaigns. Ad spend (the money paid to Google, Meta, or TikTok) is a separate cost paid directly to those platforms through your own ad account. We never mark up ad spend or take a percentage of it. You have full visibility and control over where every advertising dollar goes.

Yes — you can move between plans at the start of any new billing month. Upgrading to a higher plan happens immediately. Downgrading takes effect from the next billing cycle. We'll always recommend the plan level that genuinely fits your goals — we don't upsell services that won't move the needle for your specific situation.

Your monthly report includes: keyword ranking changes with week-over-week position data, organic click and impression trends from Google Search Console, work completed during the month, results produced, and recommendations for the month ahead. Reports are sent by the 5th of each month for the previous month. Paid advertising reports also include spend, CPC, CTR, and conversion data.
